I first blogged about this wedding about a week ago in Part One. I have many more pictures from the day that I am excited to share. After spending the early afternoon with Heather and her family getting ready I was so excited to get to the ceremony. I knew Cory was nervous and he told me ahead of time that he was probably going to cry. My response, "you should." And then I waited for it, with my camera at the ready.
That moment when the groom sees the bride; priceless.
There was a bit of an issue getting the rings on. The entire chapel was in hysterics at this point.
After the ceremony ended, we all trudged outside to do the 'formal' pictures. As soon as we made it outside it started to sprinkle on us, typical Washington. Not only were they troopers but they were loads of fun to photograph.
Heather and Cory enjoying their first dance together as husband and wife.
A bit of dancing with the parents.
The beautiful cake, provided by a friend. These two decided they liked the cake smash idea and really went for it!
May this day be the first of many that the two of you get to share. Love you guys!!!
Congratulations!
This wedding looks like it was absolutely awesome! And that dress is to die for! That cake - wow! The bride looked absolutely stunning. I love the details that you captured on their special day.
